What is a silicone rubber computer cable

Silicone rubber computer cables are used for signal transmission and detection instruments and instrument connection cables for electronic computers and automation systems that require high interference resistance. In order to reduce mutual crosstalk and external interference between loops, the cable adopts a shielded structure. The shielding requirements of cables are to adopt: twisted combined shielding, general shielding of twisted combined cables, and general shielding after twisted combined shielding. The cables are high temperature resistant, radiation-proof, cold-resistant, weather-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant. As well as corrosive gases, waterproof, oilproof, flame retardant and other characteristics, the cable structure is soft, the electrical performance is stable in high temperature (high cold) environment, and the anti-aging performance is outstanding.

The product application scope:
Silicone rubber insulated instrument signal cable is made of silicone rubber material and is produced using a special extrusion production line and vulcanization process. The products have excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, soft structure, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance. Silicone rubber insulated instrument signal cables are widely used in high-temperature industries such as power generation, petrochemical, steel, smelting, power plants, coking plants, aviation, electronics, ships, ports, automobile manufacturing, etc., as well as special temperature resistance. The use of the control, lighting, communication lines and monitoring circuit distribution system is required for occasions. The normal operating temperature is -60℃-250℃.

Features of silicone rubber computer cable
1. Rated voltage: U0/U 300/500V
2. Long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductors: fluoropolymer: not more than 200°C; silicone rubber: not more than 180°C
3. Minimum ambient temperature: fluoropolymer, silicone rubber: fixed laying ≥-60°C, non-fixed laying ≥-20°C
4. Cable laying temperature: ≥0°C
5. Cable bending radius:
       The armorless cable should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable
       Cables with armored or shielded layers should be no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
       The soft cable with shielded structure should be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
