1. Introduction to ZA-YJV22 flame retardant armored cable products:

ZA-YJV22 cable: copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed steel belt armored Class A flame retardant power cable,

Cross-linked polyethylene insulation (YJ), polyvinyl chloride sheath (V), steel tape armor (22), Class A flame retardant (ZA) power cables.

2. ZA-YJV22 flame retardant armored cable product parameters:

Product model: ZA-YJV22

Cross-section: single core (10mm2--630mm2), two core (4mm2--400mm2), three core (2.5mm2--400mm2),

Four core, five core (1.5mm2--400mm2), 3+1 core, 3+2 core (2.5mm2--400mm2)

Length: Rice can be cut according to customer requirements, and supports customization

Scope of application: Suitable for use in the rated voltage of 0.6/1kv of power frequency and in distribution network or industrial equipment.

3. The characteristics of ZA-YJV22 flame retardant armored cable:

(1) Rated voltage Uo/U(Um)0.6/1kv

(2) The allowed long-term operation of the cable conductor shall not exceed 90℃.

(3) During short circuit (duration not exceeding 5s) the allowable temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃.

(4) The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be less than 0oC, and the cable bending radius should not be less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.

4: Common specifications, models and uses;

ZA-YJV, ZB-YJV, cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed A (B) flame retardant power cables can be laid in indoors, tunnels and pipelines with fire resistance requirements.

ZA-YJV22, ZB-YJV22, cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel strip armored polyvinyl chloride sheath A (B) flame-retardant power cables are suitable for buried laying when there are fire resistance requirements, and are not suitable for laying in pipelines.

ZA-VV, ZB-VV, PVC insulated PVC sheathed A (B) flame retardant power cables can be laid in indoors, tunnels and pipelines with fire resistance requirements.

ZA-VV22, ZB-VV22, polyvinyl chloride insulated steel strip armored polyvinyl chloride sheath A (B) flame-retardant power cables are suitable for buried laying when there are fire resistance requirements, and are not suitable for laying in pipelines.

WDZAN-YJY23, WDZBN-YJY23, cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored polyolefin sheath low smoke halogen-free A (B) flame-retardant and fire-resistant power cables are suitable for buried laying when they are free of halogen and low smoke and have fire resistance requirements. Not suitable for laying in pipes.
