In order to deepen the exchange and cooperation with Zhejiang Electric Wire and Cable Industry Association and improve the professional skills of workers, from July 21, 2020 to July 25, 2020, Wuchan Zhongda Yuantong Cable Co., Ltd. held a professional skills appraisal examination for specific types of work in the electric wire and cable industry in Qianjiang Park. More than ten experts and teachers from Zhejiang Electric Wire and Cable Industry Association were invited to guide the examination and make professional appraisal on the professional skills of our employees.

This examination is divided into two parts: theoretical examination and practical operation evaluation. A total of 71 personnel took part in this skill appraisal examination, involving 6 types of work: extrusion, stranding, extrusion, drawing, inspection and irradiation. The certificates are divided into 3 levels.

The actual operation evaluation was led by tutors Zhang Chengjun, Li Guochang and Ke Yongjin of the trade association to test the operation level of the participants on the spot in the workshop. Teachers combined with the actual operation procedures, process documents and national standards of the workshop, analyzed the actual operation of the examinees from a professional point of view, affirmed the skill level and production efficiency of our employees, pointed out the shortcomings, and asked the examinees one by one according to the matters needing attention in the operation of each process. For the questions raised by the teacher, the examinee answers according to his own work experience and theoretical knowledge reserve. In view of some details missing in the answer and some mistakes in understanding, the teacher analyzes them one by one and tells them the correct operation mode, so as to improve the practical operation level of the examinee. For the teacher's suggestions, the examinee carefully recorded them.

the theoretical examination will be held from 8: 30 a.m. to 10: 30 a.m. on July 25 in the staff canteen on the second floor of Qianjiang park complex building. the examination paper will be made by Zhejiang station of vocational skill appraisal cable in the mechanical industry and invigilated by teachers from Zhejiang wire and cable industry association. The colleagues who participated in the examination strictly observed the discipline of the examination room, answered the questions carefully, and successfully completed the professional skill appraisal examination for the special type of work in the wire and cable industry within the specified time. The teachers gave full affirmation to the organization of the examination room, the discipline of the examination and the examination status of the examinees.
