After the on-site report of each innovation project, the innovation committee reviewed the three aspects of strategic conformity, project innovation and project performance. The project of "torsion-resistant and high-toughness control cable" won the first prize, and the projects of "nuclear power-grade flame-retardant irradiated wire" and "bill service platform" won the second prize, "Single knife holder for striping equipment changed to double knife holder", "technical marketing sales based on win-win situation of all three parties" and "mobile inquiry system for order distribution" won the third prize, "mobile interconnection of cable service", "innovative practice of cultural integration management based on micro-books", "internal control management mode based on PDCA cycle" and "industrial micro-lecture hall" won the encouragement award.

in May 2016, CUHK established the Innovation Committee and issued the Measures for the Implementation and Management of Innovation Funds. Over the past two years, innovation has become the "new normal" in CUHK industry, and encouraging innovation has become an "industrial habit". The book "Innovative Fireworks" has been compiled in the form of cartoon stories for 48 innovation projects declared in 2016, which has received enthusiastic response from employees. In 2017, he won two group innovation project awards, of which the research and development of our company's new material fireproof cable-ceramic silicone rubber insulated chain armored stainless steel fireproof cable won the first prize, the distributed rooftop solar photovoltaic power generation project won the third prize; in 2017, it has obtained 12 utility model patents and 4 invention patents, and Yuantong cable won the qualification title of "Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Research Institute"... Innovative achievements emerge in endlessly.
